Email
Email addresses are required to register for some features on RxS Enterprises' websites, including rxs-enterprises.org. We will not pass on your email address to any third party without your permission.
Occasionally, we will send you email to provide information and keep you up to date with developments on RxS Enterprises. We may also offer you access to email newsletters that contain the latest information and updates relating to our services.
In every newsletter we send, it is our policy to have instructions on how to unsubscribe so that you will not receive any future emails. You can change your email address at any time.
Mailing Lists
Mailing Lists are operated on an "opt-in" basis. If you sign up for a newsletter, the email address given must be confirmed by responding to an email. The original sign-up will be ignored until the confirmation process has been completed.
"Pending" details will be deleted from our systems four or five weeks (four complete weeks plus 1 weekend) after the application date.

On Line Discussion Pages and Guest Books
Any on-line discussion pages and/or Guest-Books on this site will display any personal information you include in the messages posted.
In addition, some details regarding your browser (type and version) may also be stored in the source code of the pages concerned, though not displayed. This additional information is used for statistical purposes only, and may be seen by viewing that source code.
Cookies
Persistent cookies are used to enhance navigation and provide automatic "Logon" to some pages. These cookies will expire after one month.
Session cookies (which expire when the browser is closed) may also be used to enhance navigation.
Secure Pages
Access to restricted pages is by means of a userid and password.
Which third parties may see information about you?
We will not disclose your name or postal address or any data that could identify you to any third party without first receiving your permission, unless it has been posted in a discussion page or Guest Book article, and its use is relevant to that article. Everything posted in such an article is open to all viewers.
We share information with partners who provide products and services that you request. For instance, if you wish to apply for more information on a particular product we will, with (and only with) your permission, pass them the relevant information in order for them to fulfil your request. Our partners only see information relating to your specific requirement.
