The Global Navigation Bar (at the top of this page, and near the bottom) is derived from those pages at the top of the picture below. In this case, the global pages are those that start unrelated topics and are the "Home" pages for those topics. Note that the grey box labelled "Navigation" is marked in Navigation View as "Do not display in navigation bars"
